Role Description

The Senior Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal expertise and representation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and advising clients on corporate matters.

Qualifications

  • Legal research, drafting legal documents, and contract negotiation skills
  • Review of all corporate tasks
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Role Description

The council will be responsible for representing clients in court, managing litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing evidence, and providing expert legal advice on complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Write memorandums, and other legal documents for litigation cases
  • Manage and oversee litigation proceedings from inception to resolution
  • Review memorandums
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure case preparation is thorough and accurate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends in litigation

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari law and legal procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Role Description:

Responsible for managing administrative transactions, government-related processes, and document processing, including labor, economic, and commercial affairs. Tasks include handling applications via Hukoomi and Metrash, preparing official correspondence and reports, tracking and renewing employee documents, assisting with court-related tasks, and delivering services to clients as directed.Completing all administrative affairs and passport transactions, and processing paperwork.

  • Completing transactions at the Ministry of Labor.
  • Completing transactions at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
  • Completing transactions through Hukoomi and Metrash.
  • Preparing official correspondence and filling out forms and applications.
  • Preparing periodic reports regularly.
  • Delivering transactions to clients as per instructions.
  • Arranging and cooperating with the litigation department to complete tasks in the courts as assigned.
  • Creating records to monitor employees' documents, residence permits, and their renewal.
  • Completing any other transactions as directed by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience related to the same role
  • Experience with all court systems
  • In-depth knowledge of local government processes and legal documentation requirements in Qatar

Proficiency in using office software
